Tickets and Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available in all sections and price levels in the LPCA theater. Each accessible seating location has at least one adjacent companion seat. Tickets can be purchased online, in person at the box office, or by calling the box office at 518.523.2512.
To ensure the safety of all patrons, we request that all aisles within the theater are kept clear and that strollers and carriers are left in the lobby.
Spaces are specially marked for vehicles with tags/placards designated for disability parking outside each of the main entrances:
• Just beyond the carport outside the upper-level gallery entrance to the theater building
• In front of the lower-level gallery entrance to the theater building
• In front of the ceramics studio entrance around the back of the theater building
• At the end of the ramp in front of the annex building
The lower-level gallery entrance provides the most direct route to the theater. The upper-level gallery entrance (the carved wooden doors under the carport) provides the most direct route to the box office and the Gallery @ LPCA.
Ramp access is available at the front entrance (facing Algonquin Drive opposite Stewarts).
A personal hearing assistance system is available in the theater. Patrons can speak with a box office representative when they arrive for a performance to pick up a device.
Large print copies can be made for any performance that offers a program insert. Please contact the Box Office (518.523.2512) 48 hours in advance to request a large print copy.
Accessible restrooms are located on the upper level of the gallery and can be reached via the carport entrance. As of July 2019 there will also be accessible restrooms located on the lower level of the gallery.
Accessible restrooms are adjacent to the annex studio on the main level.
To request accommodations for any other needs not listed here, please contact our Box Office at 518.523.2512 or email@example.com and we will be happy to work with you to ensure you have an enjoyable experience at the LPCA.
